Non-Exempt Description:
Welcome and greet customers immediately upon entering and help them gain admission into the yard while educating them on Wilbert's rules and policies.
Answer telephones to provide information about Wilbert's to our customers ensuring a safe, orderly and rewarding experience every time.
Verbally direct customers to find the parts they are looking for utilizing all of Wilbert's resources.
Properly identify parts pulled from our inventory, input merchandise into the POS workstation, and receive payments.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
Perform information, admission, and cashier services including explaining policies and procedures, identifying various automotive parts, and handling cash, store credit, and credit card transaction.
Utilize software to assist customers to promote a positive part-pulling experience.
Enforce Wilbert's U-Pull It Rules and Policies including inspection of all tools and/or personal belongings entering and exiting our facilities.
Maintain a clean and safe workstation throughout the indoor retail area.
Clean and maintain the outside parking lot and yard entrance area.
Bring wheel barrels and carts back to the holding area.
Promote Wilbert's Family of businesses in person or over the phone to promote positive and successful interactions.
Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
