Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented House Cleaning Supervisor to join our team.
As a House Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for directing a team with a goal of providing exceptional cleaning services to residential and commercial properties.
Your main goal will be to ensure that all assigned areas are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained in a timely fashion.
Hours are estimated to be 15-35 due to the fact that we have both 3 and 5 day teams -Upon applying, you can specify if you prefer Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Friday Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, and vacuuming - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces - Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces - Perform floor care duties including vacumming and mopping or washing of floors - Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Communicate effectively with both the team and customers -Manage necessary paperwork for the scheduled day
Experience:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required - Knowledge of custodial practices and sanitation standards is a plus - Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums or steam cleaners is desirable but not required - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team or independently on a specific task - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions.
