Data Entry - Legal Affidavit Review and Preparation

Duties include:
Data Entry - setting up incoming process service requests in our case management system Prepare affidavits of service by mail Prepare certified mailings Electronically file affidavits of service through court website Setting up invoices in Quickbooks
Qualifications:
2-4 year degree preferred or 1 year prior office or relatable experience Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, Adobe and Outlook Foreclosure or real estate experience a huge plus but not required 401K with match Health Benefits Company provided snacks, coffee, water, free lunch every pay period.
